Katie Price has been cast in a new film alongside an actor known for his role in the Harry Potter franchise.
Katie, 46, has been announced as a member of the cast of upcoming comedy spoof Jackie The Stripper, alongside actor James Phelps, 39, who played Fred Weasley in Harry Potter.
The pair will also be joined by Charlotte Kirk (Duchess), Jamie Lomas (Hollyoaks), Chloe Meadows (Stigma), and Kimberly Wyatt (13 Going On 30).
Deadline reports that the film – directed by Michael Head and produced by Frankham Films – has already begun filming in London.
The synopsis of the film reads: ‘Set in London’s Whitechapel district in 1888, Kirk stars as Jackie/Lottie who finds herself plagued by the infamous Jack The Ripper (Lomas) who is head of a secret organization known only as The Court.
‘Only one man, John Grey (Webster), stands up to the Ripper, vowing to fight against the tyranny, carnage, and male oppression that is left in the court’s wake.’

It continues: ‘Cut to modern day, and a group of kick-ass female assassins, led by their leader Jackie, plan a series of hits that will leave The Court dead in their tracks.’
Other members of the cast include Gary Webster, Sophie Rankin, Perry Bensen, Amber Doig Thorne, Martin Sherwood, and Chrissie Wunna.
The news of Katie’s upcoming role comes after her last successful acting venture: a Christmas pantomime with Kerry Katona at Northwich Memorial Court.
Revealing the news of the panto casting on her podcast, Katie said as per The Sun: ‘I’ve signed up to another panto! Cinderella!

‘I’ve signed up for Cinderella and I’m one of the ugly sisters – and guess who is the ugly sister I’m doing it with – it’s Kerry Katona!’
Katie continued: ‘So Kerry got me the gig because she has been working with them for six years.

‘And she was like “why don’t you come and do this panto”, and she said it was for the ugly sisters and I said, “oh are we ugly then?” and she said we can still be really pretty.’
In 2023 Katie starred in Sleeping Beauty at Liverpool’s M&S Bank Arena, with many fans in stitches over her dire performance.
Despite the criticism, Katie took to Instagram to share how much she enjoyed her time as the Wicked Fairy Carabosse after the show closed.
